Fees and Deadlines

Fees

This year the conference fees will be split into three portions:

  1. A registration fee (paid once per school attending)

  2. A delegate fee (charged for each individual delegate)

  3. An advisor fee (charged for each attending advisor)

The fees must be postmarked (if mailed) by the deadlines indicated below to complete the registration process. Schools that fail to pay the registration fee by the late payment deadline forfeit their participation in the conference. Schools placed on our waitlist are not required to pay the registration fee until they are offered a spot at the conference.

Late fees will trigger after October 23rd.

Refund Policy

The refund policy for BUSUN XXIX is as follows:

  • Schools may drop delegates at any time, but may not receive refunds after the dates listed below:

    • Prior to October 16, 2025 we can offer a full refund for delegate fees.

    • Between October 16, 2025 and November 1, 2025 we can offer a 50% refund on delegate fees.

    • After November 1st, 2025 we can no longer offer any refunds.

    • Should a school need to withdraw from the Conference, their delegation fee is non-refundable and delegate fees will be refunded in accordance with the given schedule.
