Partner Hotels

BUSUN is happy to partner with a number of local hotels to simplify the process of finding conference accommodations. While delegations are not required to stay at a BUSUN partner hotel, we have enough rooms set aside to accommodate all delegations. This year, we are excited to announce we will be working with Omni Providence Hotel, Graduate Providence (formerly Biltmore), and Hilton Providence. Once your delegation’s spot in the conference has been confirmed, you will receive more information regarding rates, rooms, and the booking process.

Please note that reserving rooms is the responsibility of each individual delegation; we request that advisors contact the hotel directly in order to make reservations. Be sure to mention BUSUN (run by Brown Model United Nations) to receive our negotiated rates. Hotel rooms reserved by BUSUN are available on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Approximately one month before the conference (exact deadlines vary by hotel), these reserved rooms will be opened to the public and rates will be subject to change. Therefore, we recommend that advisors arrange accommodations as early as possible.
